A full fixture and casework package for a flagship retail buildout, delivered in two shipping phases.
The challenge
What made it hard.
The brand's national fixture standard was written for a shop 1,100 miles away, the GC's schedule had two separate delivery windows, and the site had no lay-down space — everything had to arrive on the day it was installed, labeled by zone.
The solution
How we built it.
We reverse-engineered the national standard into our own shop drawings, got brand sign-off on a single mock-up, then ran the package in two production batches keyed to the GC's schedule. Every unit shipped labeled by zone and elevation with its own hardware bag, and our install crew worked nights so the sales floor stayed clear for other trades.
